Absolutely wonderful experience! We were first time home buyers which made things all the more terrifying but Dena Lange was so incredibly helpful through the whole process, answered our millions of questions, and she was available any time we needed her. She disputed for what we wanted in our contract exactly as needed and made it happen. Even after things had been passed to the lenders she made sure to check in with us to see how it was going and to see if we understood everything. We ended up with the perfect house for us and we owe it all to Dena and Watters International Realty.

Bradley Pounds with Watters helped us buy our first starter house in Austin and 5 years later has just helped us turn that investment into our dream house in our dream neighborhood in Austin. I would never consider using another agent. Bradley is incredibly knowledgeable about the Austin market and a superb negotiator. He got us things we didn’t even think were possible - including an offer on our house, in less than a week, for more than an asking price that I would have thought was totally outside the realm of possibility. If you are considering buying or selling in the Austin area, I could not recommend Bradley and the whole Watters team enough.

Rebecca Stephens and her team at Watters International Realty did such an incredible job ensuring my first home-buying experience would be as painless as possible. From the moment we started looking at places, all the way through closing, Rebecca was amazing. She devoted so much of her time, energy, and (I’m sure at times) sleep – at one point, while on vacation, she was coordinating in real-time between myself and her team… at 5a (her time) on the other side of the world. While in the country, she was never a text message, phone call, or scooter-ride away; she remained equally proactive and reactive throughout the entire process. All the while, her team was working equally as hard behind the scenes on all the intricacies I would never have to see; Lela Manning was constantly engaged and responsive, and Susanna Medrano was so helpful filling in to answer questions in Rebecca’s absence. I am so grateful to have worked with Rebecca, and absolutely recommend her and Watters International to anyone looking for a realtor!

Watters International and our agent Bryce Metzger were so helpful, professional, and compassionate. They made selling the parents home easier for us by their communication, honesty and professional knowledge of the Austin area real estate. With all of the i’s dotted and t’s crossed we had a contract within 5 days. Bryce was with us every step answering questions and handling things for us. The closing required additional legalities because of the situation...no worries Bryce and the team handled it cheerfully, professionally and no problem attitude! Definitely recommend Watters International and his superb agent Bryce!

I was highly referred by a friend to buy a property. A Realtor named Christian was very aggressive in which he wanted me to pre-qualify prior to viewing the property. I feel that this was unprofessional and made me feel like this was a scam. As a individual who has EXCELLENT credit, never destroy your credit for any property you have not properly inspected. Based on Christian's unprofessional and uncomfortable sales tactics, I have decided to go with another realtor.

Your website for home values is very inaccurate. I do not appreciate the mislead information on the phone. I put my address in last week and the numbers were down by over $300,000.00 in difference. The person on the phone said values are by taxed value, which is also inaccurate when selling real estate, especially with land on it. If you are going to add an estimate calculator on your site correct it 100%. My home is worth a little more than $640,000.00 by appraised value from a licensed appraiser, this includes the land that is on my home; 3 acres.

As a first time home buyer, it is easy to be nervous about what to expect. My realtor, Nancy Grimes was amazing! She took the time to explain this step-by-step process and was patient with me as I asked to look at house after house after house. She encouraged me to be picky so that I ended up purchasing a house that I truly loved. She definitely has the best interest of the buyer in mind and should absolutely be on your list if you are looking to buy a house! If/when I am on the market for a new house again, she will be who I call.

Amazing does not even come close to describing how wonderful it was to work with Matthew Morales. My wife and I were very timid about buying a home as it was our first house. Matthew made the process extremely easy and completely exceeded our expectations 10 times over. He answered the phone at any hour of the day/night and was always happy to speak with us. Not once did our concerns go unnoticed and he truly had our best interests at heart. As a veteran I have learned to smell BS a mile away and call a bluff on the spot. Matthew never gave me a reason to doubt him and always was straight forward. I will continue to recommend him to every person I know who is looking to buy a home. He has good character, a kind heart, and best of all, didn't try to sell me anything. Salesmen are irritating because they are trying to make a buck and its easy to spot, Matthew did not cash grab at all. That is the first time in my life a salesman has actually cared about me and my family. Every company he recommended (inspections and that type of stuff) was affordable and were genuinely kind people to work with. Especially George Gibbins from G2 Home inspections (he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything with the house and listened to all my questions patiently/attentively). My wife and I are extremely grateful for the level of professionalism Matthew exhibited and will always be happy to take his call. I cannot give Matthew enough praise; he inst like any realtor you have ever met. Please use Matthew as your realtor and I promise that by closing time you will be calling him a friend like I have.
