I just saw an advertisement for Watters International Realty that said 'he sold a house every 12 hours'. That was not our experience. We listed our house with Watters International Realty because of advertisements (KVET advertised that if Watters International Realty couldn't sell your house that he would just buy it) and other reviews were exceptional. Our house was listed for 6 months; 1 open house and not one person showed; several walk throughs; 2 offers that were basically a 'slap in our face'. Houses around us are selling for more than ours and our house is larger with lots of upgrades. If a buyer has only a certain budget that they need to stay within, then they need to shop for a house below their budget. If your budget is $200K then don't shop for a house that is $250K and expect the seller to accept your offer. We did not get a lot of updates to tell us what was happening. When we decided to take it off the market we sent 2 emails to see what we needed to do...There was no response. Finally, we get an email telling us that someone had tried to contact us (No they didn't!) and for us to contact them (Which we did!). Finally, we got our house off the market and we have heard nothing from Watters International Realty! It's been a long 6 months and we are so glad that it is over. The stress of having to leave our home (When someone wanted to see it) and not to have to put up with rude agents! UPDATE: Listed with another Realtor...SOLD in 2 Days!

We recently purchased a home where your Watters International represented the seller on a property in Cedar Park, Texas. Throughout the whole process, we have faced many challenges that cost us tremendous amount of time, money and frustration. To start, your communication with their agent, who is related to real estate business by name only, was frustrating because the agent who was responsible for the transaction was overseas throughout the whole process. We struggled looking for a point of contact every time we needed to communicate or information needed to be relayed. This company then forgot to disclose tax information until after the offer was signed and accepted and only ten days before closing and it was discovered by the agent who represented us. We were shocked of the extreme disorganization of your operations. There was no legitimate excuse beside that the company forgot to disclose. We expressed concerns and asked for the matter to be resolved yet only we received criticism of the way we wanted to be recompensed. Second, this company and her agent failed miserably in communicating with their clients and informing them of the closing date so arrangements can be made for them to leave the house. Two days before closing, we were informed that the seller is not ready to move and they wanted a lease back. the agents who work for this company were extremely unprofessional and handled the matter in a passive aggressive manner with no consideration again of our time, money spent. Janine lacked the appropriate expertise and professionalism to handle such delicate situation. We were trapped in a situation that resulted from poor management from this company's end. We ended up having the seller stay for an extension and after a week they were never ready to leave until we asked to leave and come back the next day to collect their belongings. They still left furniture in the house informing that this was agreed upon and their broker had told them that this was already disclosed to us (the buyer). The total cost to remove and dispose of all that garbage costs us $500USD. We still moved on and even though we lost money, we wanted to get the house ready to be inhabited only to discover that this house does not have a sewer and it is sceptic. This was shared to us by our neighbor and imagine our surprise. We felt lied to, betrayed since in the description of the house on MLS noted clearly that this house has sewer all the way to the street. There was no indication through the whole process of buying this house that it had a sceptic. We had to hire a sceptic company that charged us $400 USD to discharge all the waste and through the diagnostic they advised us that the sceptic was not treated in the last seven years. We were extremely disappointed. This transaction left a bitter taste in our mouth. We tried to reach out to the company Director Transaction Management Vince Gonzalez to inform him on all the damages his company had caused us. He was, as everyone else, irresponsible and unprofessional and he justified what happened to us by "errors from their end". This company has no ethic whatsoever and all what they care about is to make quick profit by screwing people up and making promises they can't live to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have worked with Chris Watters and the Team @ Watters International Realty for several years on multiple real estate transactions and have had nothing but a great experience with them. This group is always on top of the market and was very enjoyable working with Chris... highly recommended!

Working with Watters International Realty was great experience. But working with Yevette Taylor was an awesome pleasure. Her style is gracious, quick and non-pushy. Everyone detests pesky real-estate agents that just want your money without getting you know you. We bid many offers, only to be expunged. But when we finally found our home, Yevette hustled to correct issues Chase had difficulty fixing. We'll never work with a bank again. Yevette's method at making things right was the magic that produced the keys to our place. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Watters International is a class act professional company! They made every part of the home selling experience easy and guided us through it all. Their photos of the home were attractive and made potential buyers want to see the property in person. Our agent, Rhonda Pineda, was responsive at all hours of the day any day of the week. All tasks were acted on within minutes, no matter when or where. A buyer was found within 2 days of listing and closing was within 30 days. We have recommended Watters International to anyone we know selling a house and will continue to do so. I wish they had an office in our new location so we could use them to buy our new house.
