Louis Hakim was fantastic to work with. He is a consummate professional. He is friendly, readily accessible, and he takes time to walk you through the entire process and answer any and all questions. I always felt that I was in very good hands with Louis.

A good friend recently fell off a ladder at work and suffered serious injuries. In fact, he is still in the hospital after 7 days and may spend the next month in a rehab hospital. He asked me to refer him to a good personal injury attorney, so I approached my real estate attorney for a referral. He said Thomas J. Henry was the best personal injury attorney in Austin. I told my friend and his wife and gave him the number. To my surprise, the law firm's spokesman told them their type of case was not what they get involved in. What!!!!! Thomas J. Henry spends millions each year boasting they specialize in all personal injuries out there. They didn't even recommend another attorney who does specialize in work-related injuries. I will never recommend that firm again.

We hired TJH firm to represent us in a car accident back in April 2023. We went to all their recommended "chiropractor" appt which seem to be a joke. When the doctor would take X-ray scans, the door was wide open exposing his secretary and people in the waiting room to unnecessary radiation dose. Would allow the patient's family to be in the same X-ray room while taking the X-rays. We completed the medical program and waited patiently for the attorneys do send demand letters etc. 16 months later they decided to withdraw from our case with no other reason than "I was instructed to do so". My attorney was Ariel (fourth attorney on this case) and I asked to speak to who she was instructed by but she was in a meeting and they never returned my call. Requested all documentation on my case to be sent to me. Two weeks later I'm still waiting on the documentation and the call back.

Greedy firm that will make one wait 3+ years to receive only 40% of the actual settlement. Yes they take 60% off the top.

Louis Hakim handled my case. He kept me up to date, worked hard and I never doubted what he told me. Glad I chose Thomas J Henry and had the opportunity to meet a such a great Attorney. Thank you Louis for your hard work.

Even though my law suit took a long time, I am so grateful to my lawyer, Eoin Tinney and his team, for hanging in there with me, to finally get justice for me.
