Elizabeth Ayala at Evans Family Law worked on my custody & enforcement case. She was professional and efficient. She seemed to be very experienced with situations like mine, and clearly was respected by members of the court. She offered creative solutions to minimize the amount of time, money, and energy that I had to spend on the case. I would highly recommend her, and plan to use her again in the future if my situation requires going back to court.

Jimmy did a fantastic job in our unique situation. He instructed us, fought long and hard with us, was very honest and held back no punches when instructing us, and maneuvered both us and the adversary to get us where we wanted to be.
He would also tell us where we would be wrong and helped to correct and change our perspective when "the heat of the moment" issues came up.
He is a master and you would be well served in hiring him.

I first scanned some reviews for Family Law firms and Evans Family Law stuck out more than the others, so I gave them a call. They were quick to respond to my urgent needs, and provided me excellent advice and feedback. Mr. Evans is very experienced and was very thorough with his explanations and his practices throughout my case which helped me stay calm and confident. He is worth his hourly rate, I hope I DON'T need legal assistance again, but if I do then I'm giving Mr. Evans a call back.

I made a call to this company and the phone slammed down, I was in the middle of explaining I am part of an internationally recognised social media group for parents separated from their children, all I wanted was 4 specific questions answering so I could direct parents to this law firm if they are based locally to Austin Texas.
