I was very pleased with the Evans FLG. First let me say that I was very emotional when my ex filed for divorce and I had contacted couple other layers. I then realized that I needed someone local that I can trust. We went through my expectations on how our divorce should unfold and strategy was laid out once Jimmy accepted me as a client. In the end my expectations were delivered exactly as they were explained and both sides were satisfied with the outcome. I recommend the Evans FLG to anyone who is interested in amiable divorce with their soon to be ex.

Our family had an exceptional experience through a very difficult custody dispute. Mr. Evans provided extraordinary legal counseling with an outcome of Full Custody! We are more than grateful and satisfied and feel that we were very well attended to by Mr. Evans and his wonderful staff. My hopes that we never have to experience this ever again in our lives, however, if we had any other family dispute we would not hesitate using Evans Family Law. Worth every penny spent!

Im so grateful to Evans Family Law. I had a wonderful experience. I hired them to handle an uncontested divorce that ended up being a bit more complicated. Julio and Jimmy were professional and knowledgeable and helped me through a very hard emotional time. Julio has a very calming personality that helped offset my anxiety. There are times in life that do not always go to plan. Sometimes, that means needing a divorce. The situation was complicated and challenging. I found Jimmy Evans and his law group to be of great help during this trying time. Jimmy is very sharp, knows family law inside and out, is an excellent negotiator and fights to make things work as much as possible to be in your favor. I do not think I could have found better representation for me and my situation.

Mr. Evans spent 20 minutes on the phone with me personally. He was very kind and helpful. He gave me some really good advice and didn't ask for anything in return. He also seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone having child support issues.

Update 2020: As in my initial review, once again the Evans family firm has helped me establish a more feasible and sustainable co-parenting agreement. Given the current circumstances around COVID-19, working with the firm remotely was simple and efficient. Over the course of a short time we collaboratively worked out the terms of a new agreement with relative ease. As I said in the first sentence, once again the Evans family delivered on helping my family establish new goal-posts for our co-parenting and professional lives. The Evans Family Law Firms played the key role in helping me in my life transition from family man to single father. Given the circumstances of my divorce, I initially found myself blindsided and in need of guidance. Mr. Evans, from our initial consultation provided me with a game plan to help me achieve my goals.. And this is to be expected of any family law attorney,but it was the graciousness, authenticity, and honesty with which he provided counsel and representation that set Mr. Evans apart. His experience with clients and the courts provided me with not just an edge in helping me to achieve my short come goals, but he also helped to lay the long game in helping me reach a just and fair settlement. Beyond Mr. Evans, the team at the Evans Family Law provided me with excellent service, from making sure I was updated with developments in my case, to simply reminding me of appointments with Mr. Evans. My biggest take aways from working with the Evans Family Law firm were that one, I was provided with counsel that served my best interest and goals, and that not that of the firm, second, the firm knows not just the law, but the courts, which is just as important, and thirdly, a willingness and dedication to work hard for the client. I highly recommend Jimmy Evans and his staff! I went through a divorce with custody issues, and the people at Evans Family Law were attentive, concise, knew the law without question, and were always eager to answer any questions I had. We were looking for an Attorney with experience involving the father's rights in child custody cases, and chose The Evans Family Law Group because we we're very impressed by the information provided on their website. From our first consultation Mr. Evans was straight forward about what he could do to assist us with our concerns so we hired him. Acknowledging the urgency of the situation Jimmy immediately went into action filing the necessary legal documents, which resulted in the positive outcome we'd desired. Jimmy has a no nonsense attitude and gave us sound honest advice throughout, then he backed his words up with the results we were anticipating. He is very knowledgeable in family law and how the courts work. His staff was friendly and helpful, as they answered questions involving our case whenever they were asked. As far as costs go for a really good Lawyer he charged us a reasonable fee, and I feel every effort was made to save us money. Frankly you get what you pay for and with the results we got, it was money well spent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this law firm to family and friends.
