Mr. Evans and his team helped guide me through a simple divorce case that turned very ugly. Jimmy was great to work with, he's personable, respectful and not judgmental. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and I'd highly recommend him.

Mr. Evans and his staff are amazing. I wasn't sure where to start because I live in Oklahoma and my case was in Austin. After calling over a dozen law firms Mr. Evans was the first to talk with me immediately and give me his professional advice. Start with the obvious – if you need an attorney something is most likely not right… That said Jimmy and his team will help you get your problems squared away as quick as our legal system will allow. Had a free consultation and Jimmy provided his direct email and direct cell phone number too incase of emergency. I had to modify my custody agreement – Jimmy and his team quickly drafted the modification order, submitted it, and helped push it along through the frustrating legal system. While I hope to not need a lawyer again – I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call Jimmy again!

Called, and received a free consultation. Went well, and I had a lot of good information. Afterwards, I was emailed with contact information in case I had anymore questions. I emailed asking for another consultation, and was scheduled for the next morning. Never received a call, so 15 min past the appointment time I called both phone numbers in the signature block, and left a message. Never returned my call, so I emailed. They apologized, and gave me some times I could reschedule for. I emailed back with a time, and asked if they would call or what number I should call. Didn't get an email until 15 min. after the time I requested to reschedule for. Very unprofessional, and obviously don't care about people's individual situations.

In October of 2013, our son's family had an issue with Texas Child Protective Services. We were fortunate to be able to retain the services of Jimmy Evans to assist us in resolving this issue. Jimmy Evans provided us with an excellent plan and was able to convince our son of the plan's ability too quickly resolve the issue. He then helped us implement the plan which quickly resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction.

Jimmy Evans is smart, intuitive, and creative. I am so grateful that a close friend recommend Jimmy for my divorce. Jimmy treated me like a real person--not like a client getting billed (as other attorneys had done in the past). In fact, Jimmy was always careful with how much money I was spending. He provided solid, expert advice. Not to mention, he is very respected in the community, which helped a lot in communicating with my ex's attorney. I highly recommend Jimmy.

The service and respect I've received after I've been with them for years has dramatically changed. I think if you are exploring options I would continue to explore. Extreme focus on billing and not service...seems like we were never organized and on point. Constantly repeating work. Its like I have to defend myself in every conversation. It appears it’s a cultural thing. Turns out its a similar experience among others I've spoken with. If I could reduce to zero I would.
