Caroline McClimon-Morris is a true professional, she took the time to answer questions that we had regarding custody laws and unsafe environment for my grand daughter. She also gave me valuable advice to help my son through a very tough time fighting for his daughter. She was honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We felt reassured by her approach, she laid out different options and helped us decide what was the best approach in court. Caroline guided us through a very difficult custody battle, pointing out father's rights. We were in fear that all my son would get was 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends. She was perfect in this case and saw to it that the father/daughter relationship was fair at a very young age (50/50 at 7 months old and full time daddy at 3 yrs). Her office saw to it that our concerns were addressed as they happened and that she was made completely available to us through the whole course of action. Throughout the entire process, we were always respected and given an opportunity to voice our opinion. . SHE IS THE BEST

I had a highly volatile divorce and custody dispute. After nearly a year with another firm I was feeling broken and defeated. First of all, I researched attorney's for my child custody case before consulting with Jimmy Evans. Because of the great reviews I contacted Jimmy. I had been wanting to file a change of custody for a few years. My son asked when he was 12 if I would fight to have him change from primary with his mother to me. Jimmy sat down and explained the entire process from Soup to Nuts. He also explained the way the law works best case and worse case scenarios. He was always upfront and honest. Help a lot

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Evans Family Law Group during my divorce case. It was during the holidays. I needed an experienced lawyer quickly to respond to my spouses divorce filing. Jimmy Evans and his team worked with me to go through the process in detail even during Christmas/New year time. Going through divorce is stressful and I thank to Jimmy, Katherine, Dina and Angie to do all the heavy lifting.

Called for a consultation he was rude didn’t even want to hear my situation basically if I was not looking for them to represent me he was not going to give me legal advice cause he didn’t want someone to blame him if it wasn’t correct And was going to represent myself even when I told him I wasn’t going to represent my self. I just wanted to know basic FAQ about being served petition for divorce what are the laws of Texas as I’m not a native and no longer residing there still he did not care for what I had to say last thing I said was “your very rude I’m just going to call someone else who wants to help me” you guys are professionals and people need your help and that’s how you treat them that’s pretty sad. I called because of the good reviews on here boy was I surprised he talked to me like that. Have sympathy for the people going through a hard time and need some guidance!
