Full disclosure. I have a family member that works with FVF. I have also been in the industry for a long time so I have dealt with many personal injury law firms in the past. I recently enlisted the help of Bertolino Law Firm for some issues related to my insurance license. First thing that I will mention about their firm was the exceptional on-boarding interview that I had. Bruce Kingsley (the gentlemen that initially interviewed me) was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my case. He expedited my file over to a para-legal (Laura Ramos) who provided expert legal advice quickly. It was the very next day that I was on the phone with an attorney (Frank King) who listened intently and developed a game-plan to help me with my case. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I have had to deal with lawyers in the past and it has never been a great experience, they always seem to care more about their bottom line than you. THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT FVF LAW! Every single person I met and interacted with was not only down to earth and relatable, but their biggest concern was making sure that I was OK financially, physically, and emotionally. Their policy of never taking more money than the client gets is something I think all firms should adopt. If I came out of the whole thing with $2, they would walk with 50 cents, thats the kind of firm they run. I have to say also specifically working with Shawn and Kayla was an absolute treat, they were both extremely patient and Shawn literally spent hours on the phone with me explaining things and answering my questions to my complete satisfaction, which, trust me, is not easy to do. I dont know what else to say other than USE FVF LAW! They are by far the best of the best in Austin.

FVF Law was great to work with. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful. They handled my husband's case (car accident - his truck was totaled and he had lots of medical bills).
