I doubt anyone enjoys being in a car accident, but FVF made the process as smooth and painless as it can be. My boyfriend and I had a lot of questions about the process and I wasn’t sure about using a lawyer. Shawn took extra time to talk my boyfriend and I through every step and even gave us useful advice for all the other steps—like having our car evaluated and towed away. While there are other cases that I’m sure were much larger than ours, Shawn and Ines never made us feel small or unimportant. They always got back to us right away and Shawn was available for a phone or in person chat when we wanted it. The best part was, I got all the medical care I needed. It’s very nice to know that the effects of our car accident have been properly addressed and are unlikely to come back months and years from now. Dealing with the after affects and paperwork of a car wreck is rarely quick, but FVF made it much, much easier. I hope to never be t-boned again, but if I am, I would definitely use FVF to navigate the process. They’re fantastic!

Got t-boned by a minivan in our old volvo. We decided to hire FVF because the other party claimed there was a third vehicle involved and then tried to claim against our insurance a few days later. All we wanted was peace of mind, to make sure we have no medical problems due to the accident, and to get our vehicle replaced in a timely fashion. To that end, FVF provided exactly what we needed. I hope I never have to go through this process again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact FVF.

FVF is a great law firm and one of the best in the Austin area. I was involved in a car accident in which my sedan got totaled. The individuals in the other vehicle tried to originally pin the accident on me, however there were multiple witnesses that stopped to provide accurate information to the responding officers and they were then cited and admitted guilt. Mark Farris and the team at FVF took care of the rest. This was my first major accident that I was involved in over 10 years of driving and was a huge burden with the medical visits/bills that kept coming my way, but Mark was able to resolve the case and saved me a great amount of time and stress in dealing with everything. They have a highly experienced team along with great support staff with superior customer service that you can't find and get with smaller law firms/offices. Not all lawyers are equal after seeing the other party's rookie lawyer crumble and do a terrible job at representing her client. I'm very fortunate and really appreciated having Mark Farris on our side of the table. Having the best counsel represent you is paramount and Mark and FVF are the ones who will get it done. I was injured in an automobile accident in April of 2016. I hurt my neck and upper body. After a couple of days I was persuaded to seek the advice of an attorney. After checking Yelp, AVVO, and Super Lawyer, I called Josh Fogelman. From the very beginning, Josh was genuinely concerned about my health, and my health was first and foremost throughout. After looking over some initial physicians’ reports, he determined I had a legitimate personal injury case. Every time I had a question, I emailed him and got a response immediately. After about a year he referred me to an attorney in his law practice, Mark Farris. At first I was apprehensive. After I had a face to face meeting with Mark, I was completely reassured.
