My experience with FVF Law firm has been awesome, right from the start. My case was regarding a car accident, albeit not a huge accident - so I worried FVF would not be compelled to take it on. I was very determined to have it made right, and to get that particular driver off the road! Matthew Breeland accepted my case and was patient with me throughout the process, keeping me posted along the way. I feel like the case was resolved fairly and I have Matthew to thank. I will definitely recommend Matthew, and his firm, any chance I get!

Josh and his team are amazing! My car was totaled by a distracted driver and my mom and I had serious injuries. I had no idea what to do and a friend referred me to Josh. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the amazing team at Maples Jones. They are brilliant, kind lawyers with an abundance of integrity. If all lawyers were like them, the world would be a better place. Unfortunately, I had to use their services twice. So I am writing a second review. I have had the pleasure of working with Meagan both times. She is thorough, honest and keeps her clients up to date. When I chose them it was because of their reputation for integrity and results. I am happy to say their reputation is well earned. I have friends who have had similar cases and didn’t get half the results that Maples Jones got me. There are a couple of things one should never compromise on such as coffee, tissue paper, a good accountant and excellent legal advice. I am very grateful for the kindness, professionalism and results that I have gotten working with Maples Jones. Side note: I also love that my attorney is a mom, she gets what my kid means to me and how everything I will ever do will be for him and his wellbeing.

My case was very difficult to handle as there was no witness, so my previous attorney gave up after a year. It was so stressful. Matt and Josh were at my first meeting with the firm. I was suffering from severe back and neck pain after a drunk driver hit me. I'm a full time student downtown, and I was raking my hair out as to how I would even be able to afford any of my medical treatment, my semester bill, or even be able to work without a car. These guys really guided me along and made me feel comfortable. After six months of medical assistance, I was able to have a car and enough money from the settlement to pay off my remaining two years at university. It was my first and hopefully my last experience with an auto-accident case. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else.

I can't reach the surface of how FVF Law is amazing! From the admin asst. at the front desk to the managing partner, you aren't going to find a more kind and dedicated group of personal injury attorneys. Some firms boast client satisfaction as their number one priority, and then you find out the opposite after you hire them. Not FVF! They truly care about their clients. I was rear-ended by an underinsured motorist which resulted in me having neck surgery. This firm helped me navigate through all of the conservative treatment before going under the knife. They have a set of medical professionals that are second-to-none. My case was settled with the at-fault driver's insurance company and my insurance company without the need to file a lawsuit, which netted more money in my pocket. In the end, I received a substantial amount that was above and beyond what I expected throughout the process. Put their phone number in your cell phones. Call them immediately, even if you are still on the scene of the accident. You will not be disappointed! I am off to buy a pool with cash, thanks to FVF!!!

Josh Fogelman changed my whole view of attorneys as lying sharks.  I contacted Josh from North Carolina when I was on vacation.  A few nights earlier a drunk driver rear ended the truck behind me while we were stopped at a red light.  Needless to say, my car was totalled.  Gratefully, neither myself nor my 2 daughters were injured.  What really impressed me the most about the relationship with Josh was that he never pressured me to make any decision.  He was very thorough with the options before me, even permitted me to think about the options before making a decision.  I am not a money hungry person, I wasn't out to make any more than collecting for my losses.  Another thing that I appreciated about his service was the ease I had in contacting him.  Not once did I have to wait for more than a day for him to return my messages.  Lastly, perhaps the coolest thing was that he and I only met face to face once, and this conversation was more about generalities than the case.  Since there were no injuries, Josh didn't even flinch that the reward was going to be significantly less than normal injury cases, yet, Josh maintained his professional composure throughout the entire case.   If you are looking for an honorable attorney to handle your case, look no more

Josh and Matt handled my case and I have to say they did an absolute superb job. I initially thought I would wait until our case was resolved to write a full review.
