Had real bad experience. I have been following up on my case for a while with literally no response. I had booked a slot for 30 mins where I was see given only 10 mins face time and then asked to send email with details (this is after I already explained my questions before the visit). I had my consulate appt in India on 27th Jan which I had to cancel for want of direction from your team.
Really disappointed with the interaction with the them.
