Well shortly afterwards I was rear ended and I needed his assistance. I cannot thank Austin and his team (thanks Sara!) enough! We are still finalizing details, but thus far working with the Hartley Law Firm has been great. I was in a really bad car wreck where the other party’s insurance accepted fault quickly. Because I was injured so badly, I needed extensive treatment. The longer the treatments went, the more difficult it was to work with the insurance company. Austin came in and made me feel really confident and supported in getting the treatment that I needed. I never needed to talk with the insurance company again—he made everything very simple. I got the procedures that I needed and the physical therapy as well. Austin was able to settle with the insurance company and get my medical needs met. The communication was great—he and Sara were there every step of the way. They were diligent, quick and efficient and helped guide me through the process—even during this COVID time. As things settle I’ll add to the review but so far 5+ stars!

Although you don’t ever want to have to need a lawyer, some circumstances require it. Hartley Law made my situation stress free and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Poor service. They don't do a good job of following up and leave the prospective client hanging high and dry. They said they were going to call back but never did.
