Had a great experience with Mr. Hartley, first time we met he explained the whole process throughly as to how my car accident was gonna get resolved and got my sister and I to go get checked out and it turned out that we actually needed medical help. He also made sure that the insurance would take 100% of liability for the accident and resolved the problem in a couple of weeks. Great guy and very straight to the point, he does not leave you with any questions and you can always call him or text him with any doubt about anything. Very professional and would recommend if you want someone that will help you with any problem regarding your accident.

I was referred to Austin and honestly didn't really know what to expect. I don't leave many reviews, but felt that I needed to share my experience. From my initial in-person consultation, I was able to determine pretty quickly that the representation and guidance that I would recieve would be outstanding, honest, open, and timely. Throughout my case Austin proved to be very knowledgeable, very personable and very engaged in my case at every step. I never once had to chase him down about the status of my case, wonder what was going on with my case, felt like I was getting bad advice, or felt like I was being pushed to settle for less than I deserved. It's hard to chose represention for something as serious as an auto accident, and I pray that I am never injured again. If I am unfortunate enough to be involved in another terrible accident, Austin's number is the first one that I am dialing. Thank you again Austin for all you help!!

Austin went ABOVE and beyond for me. His staff is always very friendly! My case in particular had a little more hurdles to get through but Austin used all of his resources and was able to get the job done while keeping me up to date along the way. Very slow response

Austin was great and helped me through the process, the doctors, therapists, and helped take care of the complex billing challenges associated with the accident. Additionally, Austin was a real advocate for me with the 2 different insurance companies and made me feel like I mattered. I'm satisfied with the outcome and have already recommended Austin to a co-worker.
