This man is amazing. I was assigned to Mr. Napier after my first public defender didn’t work out. Not only did he have a plan of action the first time I spoke to him, he kept in constant contact with me and even gave me a number I could reach him on anytime. Then COVID-19 happened. Even through the pandemic, Mr. Napier worked on my case relentlessly and ultimately got it dismissed. This man works wonders.
