I have to say when Kate Bihm was referred to me, I am one blessed person. Kate was always there any time I called or had a question. This woman is the most professional and compassionate person with all the knowledge of the law. I highly recommend her for any law needs you may have.

First, Kate was the only attorney that mentioned God in our first conversation. Having to find an attorney is bad enough, but then to choose the right one, how? The minute she mentioned it would be with prayers and God that I would know which one to pick. I chose her!!!! I know that God sent her to me without any doubts. Our 19 year old son was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance which is classified as a felony. The manner by which his arrest was initiated and evidence obtained was highly questionable (not to mention the quantity involved was minuscule). I am a guy in my 50's that had a perfectly squeaky clean record, but found myself being arrested and charged with "Boating While Intoxicated" on Lake Conroe.
