They did a great job

The people that answer the phone seem upset that they have to answer the phone. They over talk you as you’re asking questions! People contact Legal Aid because they need HELP, not lackadaisical customer care & a dismissive attitude. It was truly disheartening.

Very impolite woman that answer the phone, I need a lawyer to represent me on REDLIGHT ticket case. I know that these kinds of tickets are illegal, most of them. But with this kind of service, like that woman receptionist, who need them anyway. Very nice web site they have, but is worthless because of the answering service clerk they have. A clerk has no idea about QUALITY SERVICE. Remember, people get the best impression while talking on the phone the first time, but with this type of indecorous clerk, well you know what I am trying to say. Is sad. So, if you need some of legal advice from this such call law firm, be prepare to be shredded by their receptionist or go some other place for legal help. Good luck.

I gave it a three star because I'm grateful for their service, however, they don't return calls and when you go up there, they're never there or just won't see you. You have to talk to the front desk or the secretary

Really helped me understand my Legal rights, how to file the right forms the right way and even though they didn't take my case they kept in touch. They were great and with their guidance I won my case!😄
