Had an amazing experience going through guardianship with legal aid Tiffany was very attentive and caring and kept great communication with me she made everything so easy for me and helped thru the process Tiffany and her office team give quality care best experience definitely recommend legal aid for best care and experience like they gave me thank you so much Tiffany!!!

Don’t waste your time. They can’t even help with representation in municipal court dealing with code compliance.

Had a great experience with Mirna Prado doing my intake. She was courteous and professional. She was very patient with me.

Mirna was wonderful! Called for help with a very messy circumstances, loss of loved ones involved and Mirna is very understanding and patient and oh so helpful thru hard moments and hard questions. Haven't quite received the legal aide yet, but wanted to put this review for Mirna because how she handled things impacted my heart and I so appreciate her💛🕊

I had a very indepth intake with Mirna this morning. She was extremely helpful with getting an attorney for two different situations i am going through. I would highly recommend calling Mirna at the Legal Aid if Northwest Texas for help if you do not have enough money to Ney for an attorney and the ou are low income.

Had an amazing experience with Intake Specialists LINDA O.! She was extremely thorough with making sure I understood the process and more than patient with me! As cliche as it may be GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! Yon can vividly see that she loves what she does and has A LOT of compassion for the clients! Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Behavior of Employee, Mirna I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior and conduct of one of your employees, Mirna (Myrna), who works at Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Her customer service was absolutely unacceptable, characterized by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of courtesy. Throughout my interaction with her, Mirna demonstrated a foul attitude, was incredibly unhelpful, and wasted an inordinate amount of time without providing any meaningful assistance. Her behavior is disgraceful and does not represent your organization in any positive light. It is shocking that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is employed by a company that serves the public. I strongly urge you to take immediate action, including considering her dismissal, if Legal Aid of Northwest Texas wishes to maintain any semblance of respectability. Her continued presence reflects poorly on your organization and will only further damage your reputation. Mirna’s behavior was nothing short of a disgrace, and it is beyond comprehension how someone with such qualities could hold a position that involves public service. Please address this issue promptly for the sake of your clients and your organization’s integrity.

Terrible and not accountable at all.. Currently representing the other party in my case but didn't tell me until after they wrote a motion and order for myself causing a serious conflict of interest..They refuse my calls and emails..I can't even move forward with my case because I am now at a disadvantage and they still represent the other party..A lawsuit will be the only thing they respond to I am sure..smh....no morals

I had a very unbelievable thing happen done to me by my significant other. Linda was very kind and understanding over the phone and the process of filing was very smooth! I don’t wish terrible situations on anyone but should you find yourself in one, i recommend this establishment!
