Are they even still open??? I need aid of the Legal variety. Left messages but nada?! Please advise and assist!

I understand the covid pandemic left many businesses under manned and Legal Aids workload is heavy. However, I was not able to get the representation I needed because my case was not an emergency. I had to represent myself and I still came out on the bottom of a divorce case where my two children are living in substandard conditions with the other parent. When I called back with new infor.ation and a new case, I was told I could only be helped once a year. Are you kidding me? So, I can only have legal problems once a year? Divorces take more than that. Not happy at all with the result of thier "help".

They were busy but prompt about getting back to me.

Got my divorce, working on other legal matter for me, so kind, polite, and helpful to me.

Terrible......not helpful at all.

Wish I could get more info about my case in the interim but I know they are understaffed

This organization has two issues ! 1 too many clients ! 2nd poor lawyers ! I was left out to dry. And when she finally showed up it was over, NO thanks to the help! My mom and I did the work!
