Very rude people! You wait 30 mins to be talked down to. I’m only asking for help to get a homeless veteran his birth certificate from another state and the female that answered could care less. I called last week and explained the situation and was told to call back this week. Well now I’m told have him call in. Okay why wasn’t I told that last week. Like seriously have a little compassion for our veterans and the people trying to help out veterans!!!

I had the rudest representative today when calling in to try and ask questions first for my boyfriend about his eviction that was dismissed. We wanted direction on how to seal or remove the record. The Dallas County court gave us THIS number for free legal ADVICE. The representative failed to listen to what we were calling for & yelled at me that she could only speak with my boyfriend. She wouldn't listen to me or speak to me, even though I tried to tell her I wanted general information.
She proceeded to do an intake ,asking my boyfriend all these questions about his banking info and not letting him ask his questions. I left a message for Alejandro the supervisor but have yet to receive a call back to address the representatives behavior.

The local news station broadcasted that if assistance was needed for tenant issues etc to reach out for help!! Guess the news station always just doing there job by promoting the business!!! They never help anyone!!!!!

First of all, they are very rude they speak with negative attitude. I have upcoming hearing in less than 10 days and I have been calling for 3 days now. I’m being sent to another numbers to call by everyone who picked up back and forth between Dallas and fort worth office, and when I finally got a respond , it has nothing to do with the hearing I have, and now I’m calling again and again but no one is picking up. Legal aid needs more positive employees and people who genuinely want to help clients with difficulties.

I have been calling for weeks… and the call time wait is hours.. for them to call me back the next day. The lady received my phone call and I was speaking on behalf my brother who was next to me.. and I told her I was going to hand the phone to him. She began saying he would have to call on his phone and I explain to her we all have been calling for weeks and all she said was “okay” and I told her please give me second ( which was like 10 sec) and she was like I can’t wait for you but I was just handing the phone to my brother. She was very rude, unprofessional, unapologetic.

I literally just called free legal aid of Northwest Tx , and was very disappointed when I reached the operator.. She was very rude and I didn’t quite appreciate that, I just simply asked two questions.

I have never interacted with people so rude in my life. The "customer service" is a JOKE. Don't call them unless you have absolutely NO other option and even then you might be better representing yourself. If I could select an option for negative stars, I'd do that. If this is what our tax dollars are paying for, anyone not able to afford a high priced attorney is in trouble.
