I would like to share my experience that I had with Jim Adler and Associates. I chose Jim Adler firm, because of all the good reviews. I was hit from behind last year December 2018. I had a concussion and my car was also totaled. I did my Therapy Treatments, and did all my doctor’s appointments. I followed all their directions. My case was tossed back and forth between several people. The last person to handle my case was Natalie Hernandez. My case was handled very unprofessional and very unorganized. When I tried to speak with Natalie, she would never return my calls, no one would. The killer is this...I waited one year December 2, 2019 only to receive only $3,000, Yes absolutely correct, absolutely unbelievable!! I could have negotiated this amount myself and not even get an attorney. Justice was not done for me at all. I feel cheated, I feel like they are the bad guys! One more thing, when I came and collected my check Natalie didn’t even come out, she sent someone else to come talk to me. I did not feel like a valued customer. Please do not only think twice before choosing Jim Adler associated, Dont think about them at All! The Hammer and his Associates was a joke for my case. Maybe I live in the wrong zip code to be treated fairly. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER. Everything was great with jim adlers firm-. My closing coordinator, carol has been the most helpful when it has come to my case. She is really informative and kind. She made sure I was comfortable with anything and everything that has happened with my case. I would highly recommend her and this law firm in the future.

K. Hernandez is my current case worker. I prefer txt for communication so after our inital convo. We did everything by txt. Anything, any time i message and she was always replying if not by the next day. She always had the info i was seeking or was able to get it. Very polite and considerate.

This is such a scam and a joke. They have to "acquire" information from you to determine if your claim is something they will take on. The only information they "acquired" from me was my date of birth, physical address, and email information. After, and only AFTER, you provide all that personal information will they tell you they can't take you case. Then they say "have a good day" and hang up on you.
