I contacted Jim Adler 8-21-2019 after being side swiped by another driver who fled the seen. I was the back passenger of the vehicle that was side swiped. Jessica Lara is my case worker who NEVER calls with an update of my case. The last time I spoke with her was in September when she repeatedly states “your case may be denied”. I call every week to speak to her; instead, I get the voicemail and none of my calls are returned. To this day, I still don’t know the status of my case. This law firm is ridiculous, pathetic and unprofessional! I highly recommend you all to go somewhere else. #REAL HONEST REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attorney drew bias and attorney Armando Alvarado were very pleasant and work expeditiously to resolved what was thg e worst ni fb t of ny life.
