My case manager Esmeralda Gavilanes was very professionally! She was in constant communication with reguards to the entire case! Awesome Job ! Great service will definitely use them again.

Got rear ended. Neck hurt. A rep from Jim Adler came out. Gave me a card and number to call a chiropractor ( had me call and make an appointment right then and there) .Soooo....I go to all these appointments like I am told. Then all of a sudden....Jim Adler "releases" me! The person who was AT FAULT is paying my repairs but once Jim Adler released me...they denied my medical claim! I was out of work for weeks, too! I was told to go through my PIP...
guess what? It only covers up to 5,000! Guess how much Jim Adler's chiropractor was?!? Yeah....over 5,000! Because I got rear-ended and called Jim Adler THINKING they would help me....I'm PERSONALLY OUT thousands of dollars! SKETCHY....VERY SKETCHY.

I've had a wonderful experience after choosing Jim Adler's offices to handle my case. My case manager, Veronica Flores, regularly reaches out to me even if I do not call her to check up on me, see how I'm doing, give me updates about my case and give me advice to any and every thing that I'm curious about as my case goes on. The case is still ongoing and Veronica seems genuinely interested and concerned about my well-being. She has helped me with advice concerning the property damage and has even assisted me in reaching out to the insurance adjuster after they continue to neglect my claim to help speed the process up. If I ever were to find myself in this unfortunate situation again (I hope not to), I want Jim Adler and his associates handling my case. You can't choose wrong with this group. Simply stellar.

This is the worst experience!!! If you are having communication problems with Jim Adler & Ass do not waste time calling instead send a email to the attorney handling the case. This way you have proof of conversation and if attorney does not respond in 7 business days you can file a grievance against attorney with State Bar complaints/ grievance. Do not waste time talking to legal ass or anyone other than attorney. Be specific and ask any and all questions regarding case.
