My husband and I were in a bad accident in January 2018 and we called Jim Adler immediately. The VERY NEXT DAY we had someone who came to our house to talk with us. Jim Adler and his associates have been amazing through this tough time in our lives, especially Veronica Flores. Veronica has been VERY involved and informative with our case. She has made sure we have recieved the best treatment and physical therapy for our injuries. She has always returned all my calls and answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I go up to see her in Dallas she never keeps me waiting and always has a smile on her face. She cares about her clinets, you can see and feel it by the way she talks to you and how involved she is with your case. I have been extremely pleased with our repersantion from Jim Adler. I believe he is fighting for everything we are entitled to from this wreck. I would recommend Jim Adler to everyone who has had a wreck and needs help. He knows what hes doing...thats why he's THE TEXAS HAMMMER!! Thank y'all for everything so far!!

I have left 3 messages for Martha Chavez to return my call. When that did not work i left a message for Mr. Castillo to return my call. Everytime you try to talk to someone you get their damn voice mail, leave a message and then "crickets". My case is still pending and i hope they represent me well but as far as their service up to this point its been very poor. At this point i would not recommend this law firm to nobody. I dont know if its because they are to large of a company now and cant handle the work load. Maybe this not so good report will get a response but doubt it.

The most unconcerned and unbothered law firm. My car was totaled in a accident and I was severely injured. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. No medical treatment Or physical therapy .They did absolutely nothing for my car wreck. No one ever returned my calls or emails. I was disgusted to the point I fired them.The only time I heard from back from Jim Alder was upon the approval of my termination letter.

Horrible with communication. Can’t get anyone to return calls. Case still isn’t settled and they have no regency with anything. Demand letter was sent over 60 days ago to the insurance company and they have no idea what’s going on. Disappointed.
