My daughter was ran off the road by a 18 wheeler and I just tried to call Jim Adler and was transferred to an assistant who didn't know what to do. She said "I'm an assistance, I just take down info and pass it on" . No advise on telling us what to do.. I have the call on record for the branch manger if they want to hear it. .. I just hung up and we call 800 car Wreck and they jumped right on it and started helping us. The first call to Jim Adler was a waist of time for me.

I don't recommend people to Jim Adler and Associates, my sister had a case with them, they transfer her to them Associates Lopez and Associates from 2016 until now they don't call, don't let her know what should be next, if my sister call them, they say, they are waiting on the assurance etc... briefly they aren't care about they customers cases

Not a good idea picking them for a lawyer

I am very blessed and had the best representasation from Jim Adler and Associates. They fought really hard for me. Jackson, Ramona and Michelle helped me a great deal with my case. Just wanna start off by saying everyone at this firm has been extremely helpful throughout this entire process, Esmeralda G. & Ramona F. Put in alot of work behind this entire process and I really do appreciate it alot!! I would also like to thank Mr. Warren for taking the time out of his busy schedule to meet with me as well on giving me a case update. With so many companies that deal with car accidents I will say the associates with this firm really do wanna get more in your pocket and not theirs, I would highly recommend them to family, friends, business partners without a doubt. thanks again!

Was in accident in January 2018 and just was told today that they couldn't find an attorney to take my case. Because they didn't want to do any work. Insurance company wouldn't respond. But from day 1 they were asking about filing on my insurance. I would not recommend this company. Should be zero stars. A waste of my time.

Very disappointed so far and my daughter's case is not even settled yet. We have been passed around that office to several different coordinators and none seem to answer their phones or return messages. I even left one for the assigned lawyer with no callback. I hope they are better dealing with insurance companies than they are with their clients.

I would like to recognize Ms. Veronica Flores. Ms. Flores was highly professional, yet sympathetic to my situation. She kept me up to date on my case, she promptly replied to my emails, and would return my calls in a timely manner. I am really not happy with your commercials, it makes lawyers look terrible and sleazy!
