IVC/ potential medical clients BEWARE: I was told I would receive my already approved settlement no later than Oct. of last year, which was settled at the beginning of the year. It’s now mid May of the following year and I’ve yet to receive a penny. Every phone call inquiry ends up the same… “let me transfer you to a paralegal..” and I never hear anything back. I’m very upset and feel that my unfortunate health issues have now become the gain of an attorney that I’ve never met. You should be ashamed! I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Bar Association in hopes this doesn’t happen to any other present or future clients.

Mr. Masterson & Rebecca were there for me every step of the way. They never hesitated to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. They were always in my best interest. Through all aspects of my case, I had the best outcome and would not have been able to do it without them. I reached out to the Ben Martin Law group about my Camp Lejeune water claim back in June, 2023. After giving them a lot of information and never hearing back, except for a call center and a paralegal, in November I received a form email that the company would not represent me. IMO, they are a very unprofessional and borderline unethical organization, I would never recommend that a person use them as an attorney. They do not care about their clients and fail as a reputable legal organization. This is my opinion,

Listen up I had a ivc filter claim and chose this law firm to represent me in this case. And I had to call them to see how my case was going. Ever time I would call they would send me to a different person. So after all that I was supposed to receive my check and they kept telling me that it was in the mail. But they never sent it. I received a settlement for $46,000and they took $21,800 out.so if you want your money I advise you to do a review before picking an attorney. I had to tell them that I was going to call the Texas Bar Association to get my check.

Robert Goodman handled my wrongful termination claim. I can’t say enough good things about him. Before meeting with him I had spoke to several attorneys who said they couldn’t take my case. I didn’t understand as I literally had all the evidence to prove my case. When I had my consultation with him, he immediately understood the complicated ins and outs of my claim and why I wanted to sue. His communication was always very timely. He was precise and moved quickly to get my issue resolved for me quickly. He ensured that I received a settlement that was fair to me and my situation. Robert helped me when I felt like no one else could or would. I was even considering giving up my pursuit of the claim. I knew the law was broken, I just needed an attorney to hear me, listen to me , and to take my case. Robert did that and more, definitely felt seen and heard by him. I am eternally grateful to Robert and his paralegal Katelynn, she was so responsive, kind, and had great communication as well.
