There are times where the power dynamic at your job doesn't work in your favor. Earlier this year I found myself looking for a job two weeks after I reported concerning behaviors on my leadership team. I was very suspicious of the timing and had concerns that I was wrongfully terminated. I reached out to Kilgore & Kilgore, and I was partnered with Daryl Sinkule. He allowed me the space to tell my story and asked me questions to uncover the details. I never felt rushed or that my case might be too small. I was elated to hear the great news that he took my case, as that made me feel validated. Daryle guided me through the process step by step setting expectations the entire way. Terrible,very unprofessional,after you sign the contract, they won't contact you anymore, I have to be calling them to check if they are processing my case or if they need any other documents,just don't hired them ,never available to speak with the clients. DON'T DO IT!!!
