Having Bob Goodman and his assistant Katelynn help me through such a difficult time in my life was refreshing. I am a nurse by trade so taking care of others is all I know, but when it came time to have someone assist me, Bob stepped right in and helped me resolve my case timely with a very pleasing outcome. I am so very grateful to Bob and the whole team at Kilgore & Kilgore.

This firm hasn’t returned any of my calls but took my case and then lost my case file. Had to release my medical records to them on 4 separate occasions. Had all my personal information wrong. Their representative didn’t even know that I had emergency surgery to remove the filter from my body!!! Even hired a transportation company to pick up the filter after its removal directly from the hospital and transported it directly to their firm for evaluation!! Which again the 3rd attorney didn’t know that or even have the client file for me and again asked me to sign a release for my medical records again!! This ivc filter almost cost me my life!!
