Witherite Law Group was recommended by a friend. Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome of my case. I'm glad I contacted them after the accident.

I really want to say thank you to the team of Witherite Law Group and Victor Rodriguez I know it was quite a Long process but they made me feel like family and I really thank them very much for the Hard work.I definitely recommend going to them.

I have a hard time reaching anyone nor is anyone keeping in contact with me. I asked to be let go from this law group and I kept getting the run around. I have been pushed off onto several different people until I finally got a case manager. My accident happened September 2, 2023 and I have yet to see a doctor. My daughter's lawyers have been on top of their case since the beginning. Disappointed is putting it mildly in how I feel right now. I have reached out several times, I shouldn't be begging for my lawyers attention. I do not recommend this law group!

Do not go here! Amy Witherite keeps trying to express herself here but won’t address me professionally, via email. All these reviews are forced. They are not honest reviews. She tells you to say how great they are before they let you sign for your check. Do not trust Amy witherite or her staff. Her old partner Brian Eberstein is currently involved in a legal matter with her too. Her only response is I’ve run out of money. No Amy this is not a money grab. This is about Integrity and your reputation . You failed to mention to me the long term treatments and injections I would need years down the line. I respectfully ask you, to just please review the settlement to see if it was fair. YOU REFUSED!!!You knew or should have known the long term effects of multiple surgeries on the body. You’ve been scamming for years. Then you keep deleting your responses to me and editing your response. Why did Shelly leave after my case settled? Why does Brian Eberstein have a case against you? Why do you keep deleting my post? I’m trying to warn others so they won’t be manipulated by you. Like you have done to so many of us. This is the year of Revelation. As I stated before I will get justice.

I was involved in my accident March 20 2023 and it is May 21 2024 and I have heard NOTHING but excuses. I was told in Nov 23 that a amount was submitted to the adjuster and I should hear something in 30 day, well it's been 180 days and NOTHING. I had to pay the hospital bills bc it was gonna go on my credit. I had to get a new car and that's another hell story. I am behind in my bills and I feel like why should I have to give these ppl 33% of my settlement bc I did all the work as far as getting all the bills and information gathered to send to them. I live in a neighboring state but it seems like I need an appointment with someone who can get this settlement pushed through. I need 25% back due to my stress 😩 😪 😫. I was told to call a direct # to a specific attorney that now has passed my account off to another attorney that has NEVER called me nor has called me back. I've called, ive texted and NOTHING, the only way to get a response from these ppl is by posting a bad review on google and social media. They asked me to take the first one down but I made adjustments to it only, i will not take this one down. I chose this lawfirm due to someone I trusted, but these ppl want even call you back nor answer a text. I trusted Witherwright Law group with my case and this is what I get NOTHING.

Warning: beware of Witherite Law Group! My father was taken advantage of by this Firm, that promised to help with his case but failed to deliver on those promises. They were unhelpful, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in knowing policy limits than in providing actual legal assistance. My father was left feeling scammed and betrayed. We would not recommend Witherite Law Group to anyone and hope that others can avoid the same negative experience.

They represent plaintiffs who false claims in personal injury claims against drivers, for themselves & the plaintiff to get an easy check from Full Insured motorists. Plaintiff will ride with physical therapy for 3-6, then get steroid shots for “pain”. When surgery is recommended, they can opt out, then eventually the law firm & plaintiff will be cut a check. One thing for insurance companies to be crooks, but civilians & law firms too. If reviews are monitored, I’m not the defendant, but I’ve watched this scenario happen to too many people & now this law firm is part of my witnessing. Keep up the good commercials & scenarios given on k104.5, that’s why this low life contacted this law firm.

Horrible communication between departments. No one ever knows what’s going on. Would not recommend. My attorney Chelsea lied every step of the way and whenever I confronted her she would stop answering my calls. My accident was October of last year and in March of this year I had to chew my attorney out for her to ask for bills from providers I saw in December of last year. I was charged 2,000 for 3 counseling sessions and that was after the reduction. Screw the insurance company, not your client.
