PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t make the same mistake that my mom and grandmother made by coming to this law firm. They don’t communicate and lie. My mom and grandmother was hit by an 18 wheeler last year around Father’s Day. It is now July the next year and my mom can’t get in contact with anyone for an update. They haven’t even communicated with my grandmother about her settlement but sent paperwork to my mom a month ago saying her case was settled for $35 thousand. Someone called her and told her she needs to sign documents and give her bank account and routing number. With a screenshot of proof of bank. She told my mom after they pay the doctor bills and pay themselves she would get a direct deposit of her money in two weeks! It’s a month later and STILL NOTHING! No one will return voicemails, answer calls, or emails! This is plan ridiculous. This law firm is not as good as they claim to be and the radio station should stop running false advertisement for them. PLEASE DONT TAKE THE BAD REVIEWS LIGHTLY!

Chad made my experience very exceptional. He stayed in contact with me through out his time on my case . He made sure I got the best settlement due to the situation. I really appreciated his effort. Keep up the good work 👍🏽👍🏽

Even though they say no matter how big or small.. That's a WHOLE LIE!!! They turned me down bc my case wasn't big enough even though it would've been open and shut. But bc my vehicle didn't show enough damage to them from pics, they passed me on to another firm. Not taking into account I was very much hurt smh

They would’ve gotten 4 stars but after my case settled they stop responding to my phone calls and emails. I still haven’t received my settlement check to this day. At first my case was handled okay but after the settlement, I felt like I was begging for my money. I settled my case Feb 13th but there was a lien that had to be settled and that was settled a month ago. I heard some of the horror stories about communication and not receiving settlement funds but now I’m beginning to live it. I also was quoted a six figure amount for my medical bills/expenses and come to find out my lawyer lied to me about that. Unfortunately, I will have to hire an attorney because I no longer trust Witherite and their attorneys.
