I had a terrible experience with this law office. The staff wouldn't return calls, the contract they electronically make you sign says that all medical bills are not cover and that we're responsible for them. They print it in very small letters. I had a small account 8 years ago and got more than what I got thus time. Atty Christopher asked me to use my personal wk insurance to get more and I did and the extra money the law firm got instead of me. Don't hire this law firm for anything services. I regret using them and will not use them again. They are crooks and crooked and it's all in the smallest writing and you will never see it until something goes wrong like in my case.

I currently have a claim with WLG. I am not having a good experience with them solely because I’m not getting regular updates, the incident occurred over 8 months ago now. The attorney (Maryann) that is handling my claim doesn’t pickup whenever I call to get updates and when she does pickup she doesn’t prioritize my Cliam. She stated that they only help with the medical as per ct of the claim and not the property damage. I will advise new client to do their due diligence first before hiring this law firm. I will be updating my post as the claim progresses. This is in addition to my previous review. After leaving the above review, someone from WLG contacted me via phone call he basically wanted me to remove the 1-star review. My review is based on my experience thus far! It has been 10 months since the accident occurred and I have hired the WLG to handle my claim. I have not gotten and single phone call from them again for for almost 3 months now and anytime I called them I am not able to speak to the person handling my claim. I will not recommend this firm to anyone. They will disappoint and add more stress to your pain. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM.

Beautiful office, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to walk in, without an appointment, and given just as much respect had I made an appointment. The reason of my visit was to gather information about the possibility of filing for a divorce, and I was extremely pleased that I was able to do so. If and when I am ready for this big step, I feel that my matter would be in good hands!

Terrible law office do not hire them I was told I was going to get money for my car after I was hit by a 18 wheeler never happened they never even bothered to get pictures of my car then give me the runaround then now the other insurance company they referred me to won't give me money for my totalled car because they want pictures which none has what a joke please chose a small attorney

Witherite Law Group and their team have been wonderful to work with during my trying times. Ms Underwood and her team were informative, caring, understanding and always knew what was going on with me and my case. I would recommend to all my friends if the need legal representation.

I’ve been a client with Witherite since my accident November 2022. They are a great firm and I understand their volume of cases, however, the communication is not good at all. I rarely know what’s going on even so, there was a time I was going to dr appointments being asked by the dr what was going on. I had no clue because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and it seems they couldn’t either. I understand they’re a big firm, but the feeling of just being another case is how I feel/felt. There were 2 people that after a lot of attempts to talk to someone and finally getting a callback, were the most informative. That was Brendan Clay and a lady named Tasha. Although they were the most informative, they had the same explanation as everyone else, “We’re waiting on them or that department and they’ve been out”. Everytime I finally spoke to someone, I heard that phrase. Communication is key when dealing with clients who have no knowledge of the process or what’s going on. That seems to be the reoccurring theme between the bad reviews, no communication. I understand the hustle and bustle of lawyers but sometimes just to have someone speak to you like they really care goes a long way. And that’s not saying they don’t, it just doesn’t come off that way. Would I recommend, probably yes. They did their job and although I haven’t received anything yet, I feel they did their best. Do I think it could’ve been settled a lot sooner, a big yes! I’ve been done with physical therapy and all medical for about a year. So if you have patience and understanding, I’d recommend them. If you don’t then you should go somewhere else because the communication is very poor. *Update* My attorney called me this morning and apologized on behalf of Witherite Law and explained the setbacks. Again I’m understanding of high volumes and I also understand that misunderstandings and mistakes happen. However, to call me the next morning, apologize, explain what he’s been going through, deserves a 5 star rating. And he never asked me to update this either

l'm only leaving a star so I can post for my husband Lionel Burgess. You all did nothing for my husband. I am sooo sorry that I pick the phone up to call Witherite Law Group. I listen to the radio with Amy and DeeDee about calling Witherite Law Group and take pictures. My husband called me and I called Witherite Law Group.The man talk to my husband a couple of hour later. Going back to the accident which was a four car accident. Three car where seating and a eighteen wheeler ran in back of that vehicle.That vehicle ran in back of MR Burgess.Mr Burgess ran in back vehicle number 3 .Police was called. Accident report stated that that the eighteen wheeler drive was at FAULT for this accident. Witherite Law Group decided to take the case.Did nothing for my husband but Ghost him after a month. My husband was calling but he just got the run around.Basically just Lies which was really sad. The only way we knew they dropped the case is went they had a Third party Law Group call him.The man stated that someone in the same accident called them first.I don't believe that.If it had any true to it Why would you decided to take the case.I am very DISGUSTED with this Law Group.Because I told my Husband that you MS AMY Witherite take care of your clients. Maybe you do .You did nothing for my husband but leave us to take care of ourselves and spent money on accident that was not his fault.Sorry DeeDee but Witherite Law Group did nothing for MR Lionel Burgess for a case that was cut and dry.I hope they did the Lady in front of him right. Just sad!!!!!!! I have call my Family Friends and Church Family to let them know that Witherite Law Group is A NO NO.
