Good evening, I have not received my settlement yet and I understand now. But on today after speaking with a supervisor ( Rob Loar ), it was not a good conversation when an attorney representing such a high power law firm tells a client that my accident was " basically a scratch and was lucky to get what was settled on, if it had gone to a jury probably would have lost!) Wow are you for real the gentleman basically offended me by stating what he stated and I feel like that was very unprofessional and making my case not important as any other case. I could not believe that this attorney would say this! All he kept saying is I watched the video! I mean who do you work for the defendant or the hired law firm. So basically the $4300 in damages to my vehicle and my medical and pain from the accident was in his mind a reach and less important than a million dollar case. This was so offensive!!! He needs some diversity training to be a supervisor because as a client that was very offensive!!! Please just send my money im over this whole thing. 💢💢💢Update , I understand the dynamics of my case Trevor's knowledge has help me to understand my issue was that that ( Rob ) guy and how he talk to me on the phone!!!! Like my case was nothing but your firm gets $24,600 off the top for my scratch. He does not know how to talk to people just disrespectful!!!

I do not recommend Witherite Law. Hired Witherite Law on June 29th. July 21st a case manager, Maria Benavides, called me. Treatment concluded September 28th. The assigned attorney, Christopher Mallou, did not contact me until November 16, 2023. His callback to me was only after I’d left a voicemail with Amy Witherite directly. Chris was monotone and seemed annoyed during our one, first ever conversation. He stated, “there was no need for us to speak”. The primary issues are extremely poor communication, treatment of clients & timeline misrepresentation. I’ve learned the BEST way to decide who to hire is to only trust word-of-mouth recommendations. Solely trusting online reviews & marketing to your community’s radio stations is a mistake.

My daughter is using them right now and although I understand they are busy. They never return calls! Her case has been on going since August of 2023 and she has not heard from them at all. Then when she can get in contact with them she all of a sudden has a new case worker that knows nothing of her case! I don't recommend them to anyone at all! You asked me to provide you with her name what difference will telling you her name do?Then I called for her and y'all had the audacity to place notes on the account to only speak with her when the accident involved my car! Y'all are a joke all yall do is pass off cases to other people without even informing them of what you all are doing and when they do try to call and help they don't know anymore than we do. Then have the nerve to wanna charge someone 33 1/3 % hell we should charge yall for the stress that you all have caused us. Now the case is settled she is still waiting to receive her funds! It's been 4 wks! We will never use y'all again. This is really very frustrating.
