I had a great experience with this whole process. They were very in touch and informative. Always answering any questions and prompt to return my phone calls. The process took 1 year with my medical treatments and getting the case settled out. Totally worth it in the end!

Before retaining their service I read the reviews and saw a lot of comments that they did not keep in touch and case managers were hard to reach. But, the good reviews outweighed the bad so I went with them and I am glad I did! I can't speak for all their case workers, but LELIA is AWESOME! Always answers her phone, calls back when she says she will, checks up on you, honest, dependable, caring! LELIA's customer service is excellent! She was removed as my caseworker and when I couldn't get answers I reached back out to her. LELIA jumped right into action and took care of me, even though she is no longer my case worker. She made sure my case manager contacted me right away and even followed up to make sure I had been taken care of. I work in customer service and when someone goes ABOVE and BEYOND like that, I cannot help but give credit where credit is due. I give them 5 stars just because of the excellent service I have received from LELIA. If they know whats best for them, they should have a staff of case workers with equal work ethic, customer retention/satisfaction, etc...... just closed my case today. THANK YOU KRIS HEALD AND STAFF!!!!!

I have had a great experience with eberstein & witherite. I had a great team working with me and would like to specify how great mariana and Cesilia were. They were in constant contact with me, giving constant updates and not once did I ever feel confused on what was next in the process. They addressed any concerns I had and couldn’t recommend them enough. Great experience.

My husband and I were in an accident. We couldn't get a medical professional that was willing to treat my husband for his pain and injuries after the ER. Doctors did'nt want to get involved with an accident injury claim. We did not want to call an attorney. We did not like the idea of suing anyone. First, we talked to Pedro and Hugo who were compassionate and helpful during the interview process. The day we met Pedro, he and Hugo were able to help us find doctors willing to treat my husband. BB's team handled our case and were kind and professional. BB's team helped navigate us through the process so all we had to do was concentrate on my husband healing. We appreciate Eberstein & Witherite.

So far my experience with Cecelia Montanez and Mariana has been a good one. They were very nice and polite. The ladies at the front desk are always nice. They treat you like they know you personally. My only hope now is that my case ends on an excellent note. I hope that what Eberstein & Witherite get for me and my children for our car wreck exceeds my expectations. Thanks so much.

These guys are phenomenal!! I genuinely believe they did everything they could to help me with my case and it didn't take as long as I feared it would.
