At first I wasn’t aware of how this whole process worked, and I quickly became very frustrated and angry, but after constantly bugging Bethany and Bernice and constant communication, and even having a conversation with Brandon, I quickly understood that there were elements to this that was simply out of their hands...They took care of what they could and shot me straight. I know they worked hard on my case and overall I’m pleased..
