I am literally writing a review, everywhere that I can, so individuals like me, will know that there are law offices that are transparent about divorce. What other firms most experienced lawyer post videos to inform you of questions you have without paying him. I worked with Daniel, and I can not express how beneficial it was to have had him handling my divorce. He is very personable, well-spoken, and stands firm on what he knows. Daniel always gave me a realistic perspective that pertained to my specific situation. I also need to mention that Shelly is also awesome and very professional. And i would need more characters to fully thank Amanda, for her hard work, dedication, and professionalism. It still blows my mind that collectively this team is so efficient, because my case isn’t the only case they are working on. Mrs. Katie Lewis and Andrew was there for me at the darkest moment I ever had to come against in my life as a single Mother of a child with disabilities. My daughter has recently lost mobility and for a year I’ve been struggling with her father to be a part of her life and also pay the right amount of child support. When my daughter was released from the Hospital we were faced with hard decisions. I remember during the long 30-day hospital stay I started googling family lawyers that could help me out. I remember coming up with the Katie Lewis Family Law firm and saw that it had amazing reviews. I decided to contact this law firm. I made an appt. At that time, it was during the pandemic and I had my Zoom meeting with Mrs. Katie. She was super nice, helpful, very informative. She answered all my questions I had at that time. My divorce decree needed to be modified and transferred from Missouri to Texas. Once I saved up and got help with some money, I was able to give her office a call and start the services. When I called, the office was very professional and informative. The staff there is wonderful! I was then informed that my case was going to be taken over by Andrew. Andrew has been such a blessing in our lives. He took action to my case very quick and responsive and had everything said started. He and the staff stayed in contact with me throughout this whole process. My case was going to very long. When I realized, I was not going to have enough funds to continue this long process. I gave the law firm a call to cancel my case. To my surprise I received a call from Mrs. Katie Lewis. She gave me options to continue with this case and it came at the point of our lives where I needed it the most. I will forever be grateful to her and her staff. They are wonderful! I now know that there are great, honest human beings out there. My case took a year but they got it done! I highly recommend Katie Lewis Family Law Firm to anyone that’s out there in need of a TOP NOTCH lawyer that won’t jerk you around for money. Overall, they are professional and extremely responsive. Way over-priced....just over $11k to finalize custody papers.

Aside from attorney Kerns (which is awesome) no one ever responds promptly. You call and it’s always “they’ll call back” or you can send an email and it’ll be days before they respond. Won’t use them in the future if needed for this reason.
