Great service I always call for this law office to represent me . When I get a ticket or anything that has to do with a law problem . They take care of everything. So glad to do service with them . I highly recommend them . 😊😊😊👍🏻

Terrible experience! I paid him just to talk to him ONCE about my case. He NEVER follows up. He leaves that to his staff in training. They ultimately tell me now that I have another court date for the same thing, that their job is done. How? I’m not understanding... TERRIBLE JOB MR. JOHN NWOSU. I’d advice another lawyer with REAL customer service to his PAYING clients. Follow up message.. lmao. The number you provided is the number to your office. I completed all my requirements because at the end of the day I just want my license back, it wouldn’t make sense for me to hire you, pay you, agree to the terms of court just to not do it. Which is why I’ve been coming to your office off of coit, to get an understanding on why I have another court date but you’re NEVER there or like this morning “busy” &/or sends an assistant out to talk to your paying client. I hired them for nothing, I had to call them to get updates on my case. The only time I was ever notified about my case without having to call was when they informed me via text and email at 5pm that I was to appear in court the next day in a town that is 5+ hours away from where I live. When I called to see if they were going to represent me like the email they sent me said they would, they said no. So I asked to speak to an attorney who then didn’t even know anything about my case I questioned him about what was really going on with my case and he’s like well let me see here then continued to ask me questions on why I hired them. At this point I’m furious that I’m being transferred back and forth because no one has a clue what is going on so I then requested a refund so they then again transferred me to someone who continued to argue with me about how I didn’t tell her about my case fully in which I most certainly did and it was the only reason I had hired them and also because she assured me they would be able to help, now as I am trying to get a refund because I paid all my tickets in full, she goes in to tell me that she would have never allowed me to hire them for my case because there’s nothing they can do for a case like mine.. so why would she be so assuring they would be able to help then try to turn it on me? And make it seem like it’s my fault when I specifically told her the situation. I asked her if she could get my name and my phone number and have Mr. Tkach give me a call so I could speak directly with him and she said ma’am you will have to try and call him tomorrow he is not available at the moment, At this point it wasn’t even a surprise to me that I would have to AGAIN call them to see who could actually help me. The customer service in this place needs some serious polishing!

I had several cases on my background that were hindering me from getting a job. Today I have gainful employment, because Mr. Tkach allowed me to get on a payment plan to get all those cases cleared. Thank you Sir for your advise and expertise in handling my matters. I'm impressed!

Wow! I could never be more satisfied with the professionalism at this office. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. The entire process has been satisfactory. Their communication and abilities have proven that the investment in an Attorney to assist in law matters has been spot on. Upfront and courteous staff. If you are looking for a lawyer that will tell you the truth about what your results may or may not be. Your searching the right place by hiring Mr. Tkach! From the beginning the staff, especially Claudia, was very truthful and honest about what the outcome of my case may be and I was told I would have other options provided to me to choose from, If I didn't like the offer. My case turned out to be dismissed, because Mr. Tkach took the time to see the police report and even video to represent me appropriately. Great Job! Thank You Mr. Tkach!!

Had a citation for 275 dollars and Todd helped me out big time- got deferred adjudication, he got the price down to 225, and got it off my record. Awesome guy, great service!

Several months after hiring this firm for a speeding ticket, I talked to a lawyer at this firm for the first time. He told me there was nothing his firm could do for me, so I should plead No Contest. I got no deal of any kind; I am in the same position I would have been had I not hired a lawyer at all-- except that I lost the firm's $100 retainer fee. I think a more scrupulous law firm would have allowed me to speak to a lawyer initially, who could have told me that there is nothing the firm can do. Also, it is very disturbing the way that this law firm responds to negative reviews here. In several of the responses I see above, the firm reveals private client information. That seems highly unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical, and possibly illegal.

This Law Firm is absolutely great. They responded quickly and resolved thousands of dollars worth of tickets for a low price, also had some dismissed. Now i can get my drivers license back. Thanks a lot!
