John is very rude and proud like he is the only attorney in Dallas. I will never deal with such rudeness and foolishness nor advice anyone to deal with it. People please take your business elsewhere, where you will be accorded due respect and still get quality legal representation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. One of the worst most unprofessional services I’ve ever dealt with by far. They are unorganized, and rude when asked for any update or answer to their fault. I received a “case over” and date of when to pay traffic ticket fine, and when I called the court to make this payment the clerk advised that “my lawyer” never sent them an acceptance of my plea deal and they couldn’t accept my payment. When I reached out to their office, a woman advised me that due to an “administrative error” it was never submitted and would be submitted at that point and would receive an email confirming new payment date. (Never received it). Called today to advise that I was still waiting and didn’t have a due date for payment so I questioned why the mix up? I was told “this person is no longer with us” and transferred to a “senior paralegal” who rudely asked (instead of just researching my info and/or accepting the paper trail I have as proof of this) “are you having financial trouble or something?” - as if it has ANYTHING to do with the face that their office is unorganized and doing a bad job at handling my case because I’m TRYING TO PAY THE COURT AND THEY WONT LET ME. I would strongly advise anyone to seek another law office/group. Total WASTE of my money, would NOT recommend to anyone. They are unfriendly, and unprofessional.
