I was in a traffic accident involving myself and my two Austic children. I was of course very scared and worried about my children instead of my own needs at the time. Unfortunetly my children were not able to verbalize the trauma, but I knew they were affected. I called Frankel and Frankel and the following day I met with one of their intake professionals who got all my i formation and the person who caused the accident. It was very comforting speaking with him and he reassured me that they will do whatever they can to make sure the other person is held responsible Yolanda Rios has been in contact with me during this process and kept in touch letting me know details on my case and updates. Gene has fought for more money for myself and my children so I could get the maximum allotted amount. I appreciate Frankel and Frankel for fighting for me on mby behalf. Thank you

First off I don’t give 5 stars for giggles. I had the best experience from the first phone call to all the ones in between. This is the best law firm in Dallas for disability point blank. They are organize and just want you to trust the process because if you do the best outcome will appear.

Everything about them is bad, they same as robbers. They said things different at beginning when the case about to settle they said a different things. They trick me with words when I don’t understand English. They get all the moneys from the insurance and not reimburse that money that I already pay for hospital. No way the lawyer get all they moneys, and all the money I get from insurance have to pay medical bills so I got 0 after that. I have to do all the calls and all the stuff, all they do is nothing. I hired a lawyer is to help me, is not hire lawyer so they can get all the moneys and trick me. Y’all should not be a lawyer, lawyer like y’all is such ashamed for the world.

I was told they would help me after my accident... which is going to be a life long injury , mind you. Almost 2 years and very little, i mean VERY little communication or answers throughout. I was told i was be looking at 50-75K.... I received. 3K. DO NOT USE

After several attempts, I called Graves Law Office and was guided through the processes of their requirements (which were to help me), reapplying for Social Security Disability and walked me through my hearing. This office of Chris, and Mr. Graves is excellent. They are to be commended for their work.
