I got rear ended by a company truck last week and my brother who is a Dallas police officer told me that they would take care of me. I inquired about them on their website the day after the accident, not even an hour later they called me and took all my statements, got me into a doctor the same day and the very next day came to me to get me to sign paperwork. Latashia, Gene and his wife Vickie have been so helpful, I know it’s a long haul but they have already done so much for me in 4 days! I got new information from the insurance and Latashia called me immediately! They don’t waste time, they seem to go out of their way and above and beyond to help you settle your case. They take the stress for you. I hope I never have to go through this again but I would recommend them every single time!

Robin Roy did a wonderful job of calming me down after my son was injured in a car accident. He was the passenger and he didn't have health insurance. The hospital sent him home with a traumatic injury that could have ended in the loss of his leg. She encouraged me to take him to a different hospital. That advise and encouragement helped us get him connected with some of the best surgeons in Dallas and we were able to focus on his care. Robin took care of the rest. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have someone experienced with this working for us so I could just take care of getting my son walking again. She worked to not only get his bills covered with the small insurance policy but to get him money for his pain and suffering. I am forever grateful!

I am very happy with the work Yolanda Rojas and Aaron Spahr provided for me and my family during this time. I was injured in a car accident along with my 3 kids. Thank God my children where not as injured as I was but Yolanda, my case manager, made sure we where all taken care of and made it possible for me to get the treatment I needed as quickly as possible. It was going to take weeks before I could see a specialist, but once she was aware of how long it was going to take, she made sure I got seen ASAP. She genuinely cared and made sure my children where okay, which was a great feeling that someone that doesn't know you make you feel valued. Most of my communication was with Valerie Marez, she was really friendly and Kind. She always keep me updated on my case, and explained very well everything that was going on with my case. She is very professional, nice and easy to talk to. They really negotiate to get me what I deserve. They also helped me get my medical bills reduced to get all my medical bills paid.

Got right on our case.

I had a neck injury as a result of being rear-ended. Even though the lady that hit me had minimal insurance Yolanda worked hard to get all of the medical bills significantly reduced. I knew that the medical bills were more than her policy and my underinsured policy so I did not expect to get anything from the settlement. Yolanda made sure that I did. Thank you Yolanda!!!
