When my family needed help Frenkel & Frenkel was there for us! The insurance company was doing everything they could to not pay a claim until Frenkel & Frenkel came to the rescue. They made the insurance company do what they had agreed to do when we bough the policy and they did it fast! I have already referred them to friends and I highly recommend them!

Save yourself the headache and find a different lawyer. These people are thieves and are horrible at communication. I had to do most of the work myself calling people, getting files and documents that the attorneys were supposed to be doing. It’s been almost a year and they still have not done anything. After switching to different layers, they tried to steal money from the payout after they were fired. Be careful and always consult with someone else before doing any deals with them.

Absolutely no communication from the attorney. Took 14 months to receive the insurance check. This was not a settlement. It was simply insurance money owed to us. The attorney charged over 50k for absolutely nothing. Ridiculous.

We’ve been working with Daniel since last May and he’s very hard to get a hold of and when you ask for updates he’s very vague and you get off the phone feeling you received no actual information. I’ll leave messages, send an email and never hear back. I don’t know if they’re all this way, but he’s it’s been very frustrating especially since they’ll be getting money out of our settlement. Not great customer service or care.

After two years of follow up/ waiting I decided to settle my case. It was not at all the amount/ results I was expecting, taking into account I had video proof I was not at fault in my car accident. The lawyer assigned to my case was nice and answered all the questions I had, however the paralegal was very unprofessional. This firm sadly did not meet my expectations.
