Michael B. Cohen assisted my wife and me in developing a revocable trust. We have a disabled daughter, who was a major factor in developing the trust. Mr. Cohen was brilliant and led us in the right way for her care. I had looked for an estate attorney that would be able to address our daughter's special needs for about three or four years before being directed to Mr. Cohen by another estate attorney. I was not disappointed. Bryce Ferguson, Mr. Cohen's assistant, is also cordial, competent help in completing all things related to the development of the estate trust.

My husband and I knew that a regular will would never work for our blended family and that we would probably need to create a trust but had no idea how to start. Mr. Cohen was excellent at explaining what we needed to do, answered all of our questions, and asked us questions that we hadn't even thought of about how we wanted things handled after our deaths. We are very comfortable that we have all the documents needed to insure that we are taken care of the way we want by the people we want in charge, and that all four of our adult children and their families will be treated equally with as little conflict as possible and not be stuck in probate. What a relief! If you are looking for a lawyer to help you plan for end of life, my husband and I would highly recommend Michael Cohen.

Mr. Cohen and his staff went all out to assist me with correcting an error made by another attorney several years ago. He was meticulous in making sure that the corrections were taken care of and new documents created to protect my assets.

His workshop is amazing. I was somewhat dreading a boring dry hour. I WAS WRONG. We were promised we'd learn something and have fun and in a short period of time. All were accomplished. Make sure you have your questions ready to go. Write them down so you won't forget them. First off, he asks what do you want to know? Tell/ask him. Well worth your time fir sure.
