His high level of knowledge and caring is infused throughout his entire team. His Medicaid application specialist, Ms. Cooper, is a wiz in her own right, and was always happy to answer our questions and to help us deal with surprises. As a semi-retired attorney who drafted wills for himself and his wife many years ago, I was looking for someone who knew his stuff and could get the work done in a timely manner. Mike said we did not need new wills; but instead we did short codicils and new ancillary documents like medical powers of attorney, directives, etc. Everything was done efficiently and was cost effective. The price was not cheap, but it was within our budget and we felt it had value. We were very pleased.
