Michael and his Team are amazing! We used them to handle my parents estate planning and Medicaid for my mother. They saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars in estate taxes and handled everything for us. I cannot imagine dealing with the ever changing estate laws without Michael and his team.

Mr Cohen's office helped my family during a very difficult time when my mother had quickly accelerating dementia and needed to get on Medicaid to allow her to be cared for properly in a skilled nursing facility. The medicaid application is a complete horror and I could have never gotten though the process alone without this offices help. His paralegal, Donna, was especially helpful and very quick to respond and communicate updates. We were able to get the application submitted in a very efficient manner and got it approved which took a huge emotional and financial burden off of my family. In addition, Mr Cohen was able to provide our family with ways to protect some assets and was able to explain the laws in a way that we could understand easily. The price is very reasonable for the amount of work that went into my mothers case. We were extremely satisfied with the work done by the office and would recommend to anyone going through a similar situation!

Michael Cohen and his staff saved me tens of thousands of dollars! They were all wonderful! My husband had had a stroke, was paralyzed on his left side ( hemiparesis) and required long term full time nursing care, which we could not afford. I was looking for and elder law attorney to help me with my first will. I googled senior law attorney's and Michael B Cohen's name was one of attorney's listed. I saw he offered free zoom introductory meetings to answer questions. I attended one of the zoom meetings and was amazed at the depth of his knowledge. It allowed me to write down questions and concerns to plan what I needed to get all my affairs in order. Mr. Cohen answered the concerns of other folks in the meeting so I was able to witness his care and service in answering questions concerning Medicaid, business and estate law.
