When we were looking for an attorney there were so many to choose from that we didn't know where to start. However, choosing the right one was crucial due to the nature of our case. With my sister's sudden passing, my 7-year-old niece was left in an unsafe environment. We knew time was of the essence and we needed someone who would act fast. We needed an honest, genuine, and trustworthy attorney. We wanted someone we could trust to put our best interests at heart. That's when a good friend referred us to Eric Navarrette. We passed several attorney's offices on our drive to Denton from Springtown to meet Eric and his team because he came so highly recommended. His office was beautiful, his staff was friendly and very professional. Once we sat down with Eric we were confident that he was the one we were looking for. Within less than a week of hiring Eric as our attorney, we were picking up our niece with a court order! I felt so confident at every court appearance because he was right by our side representing us to the fullest. My sister's last wish was for us to raise her daughter, and with the help of Eric and his team, we will be adopting her! I thank God every day for that referral and for placing Eric and his team in our lives when we needed them most. I am and will FOREVER be grateful for all he's done for our family, and for fighting so hard for my niece and her future!! I highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone who needs a great attorney!!

Don’t waste your money! Changed lawyers on me from someone that knew what they were doing to Eric who is so unbelievably incompetent. Refused to meet in person let alone a zoom call. Claimed he was “busy”. Would only communicate through email or phone calls that wouldn’t even last 10 minutes. He never reassured me or gave me options. Refused to explore any other avenues. Claimed he couldn’t get evidence from courts. Claimed it was my choice to give what I had or not. Then without a response sent an email threatening to drop me as a client. I sent what I had then the same day sent me the exact evidence from the courts he claimed he couldn’t get. He became angry with me for questioning what was being done after blowing through thousands of dollars and only pushed my case. Then without a call I got an email for motion of withdrawal from my case. Saying I never sent what I had as evidence, which I did and I even have proof in emails. All because I questioned what he was doing.What a sorry excuse for a lawyer. You may as well light your money on fire. You can only go as low as one star but this incompetent lawyer deserves negative stars!!!!!

Eric is an excellent attorney. I was going through some child custody problems, and my case was a bit different than most. He told me the truth about how I should handle everything and let me make the important decisions. I am a father, I ended up with 50/50 custody of my child thanks to Eric, and I can not thank him enough.
