For the past 8 years my girls and I have been fighting what seemed like a never ending battle with my ex husband. I had lost all hope until I met Eric. Eric is by far the best attorney I have ever met, and I have met a lot. Is it being neutral when you repeatedly tell someone over and over and over, for HOURS, that they have NO chance at winning custody in court? Also, from your comment, it’s okay to ignore or disregard an email just because you’re “limited” on what you can discuss? So, instead of just responding with that, you think it’s respectful/professional to leave someone guessing for a week? My rating was not in error. Here’s your comment: Eric Navarette mislead my fiancé in mediation. His ex-wife moved the the kids from Texas to Missouri. My fiancé made it very clear in mediation that if it wasn’t written in the agreement that she has to drive them to the airport that she would use that as an excuse to make us drive 40hours in a weekend to see the kids. Eric told my fiancé it wasn’t necessary to have it listed because it was part of “standard language.” Well sure enough she’s refusing to take them to the airport because it’s not written in the agreement. When my fiancé tried to contact Mr. Navarrette regarding this issue it took him about a week to respond AND he told my fiancé he couldn’t discuss this issue unless he pays to come back for arbitration. This is completely ridiculous when we already paid $900 to get screwed in mediation once. Thank you Eric for aiding in the suffrage of my family (including my 3 year old daughter). You’re a gem. **funny it took you almost a week to respond to an email but only an hour to respond to a bad review
