I was looking for a attorney that wasn't just out looking for money but would listen to my concerns and how I wanted to proceed in my case. I never got that with this firm , I needed to look for other avenues to see if I could get my case started without spending a fortune. And I am glad I went with my gut because I received a email from Jennifer stating she couldn't represent me due to Non payment of retainer after I told her I would get back to her if I needed her services.

One of the worst lawyers I have ever dealt with. This man is a scamming con. Please do not associate yourself or waste any time with him or you will be losing big time.

Mr. Yale returned my message promptly first of all, he has a very professional demeanor and doesn't beat around the bush by any means. Mr. Yale gave me words of encouragement and confidence to move forward in my time of trouble. Although I am not being represented by Mr. Yale I will most definitely use him in the future if I run into anything else. Roger is extremely rude if he thinks you can't pay. He was very condescending and I would never recommend their firm to anyone.
