After numerous initial counsultations with different lawyers that practice family law. I met Dominick Masala. During my first meeting with him, he took time to listen to my background, listened while I explained my situation. He then advised me of best and worse case scenarios. He also recommended that I take a few precautionary measures. This meeting left me with a comfort level in his knowledge of family law, that left me with little choice but to have him represent me. My case only lasted a little over two months but with his guidance and patience with my non stop badgering him for advise he helped me insure the best possible outcome for my family problems in my case of divorce. Speaking for my family, we are very grateful for the calm informed advise he gave. In the end my wife and I came to an amicable divorce agreement that would never have been possible if Dominick was not representing me. The pain, hurt, and anger came to an end. I now am a divorced father of three young children and their mother and I are now only concentrating on doing whats best for the kids. Not trying to hurt and blame one another for family problems. That you Dominick for your time, patience, and understanding, of what families such as mine were going through. I would highly reccommend Dominick to anyone going through the process of divorce.

Had bad representation who after a disagreement on cost and issue with submitting to a $3000 3rd party study to recommend custody (which they recommended), they withdrew as counsel. Mr. Marsala picked up the pieces. Made sense of the 3rd party study debacle which could have cost me custody. Instead he tactfully countered every move, ultimately checkmated opposing counsel and received a ruling in favor of placing the children into a position of safety and stability. I'm overwhelmed by the performance of this attorney and the standing ovation he deserves would still not be enough to show how much gratitude I have for him.

I am beyond grateful to have trusted Dominick. I was very worried and didn't know what was going to happen in my custody case, but Dominick really prove that he knows what he is doing. I watched him prove my ex's lawyer of the wrong doings and learned to always expect the unexpected. Now we are getting ready for the final order,but i trust fully that he will accomplish all my requests and i will not be separated from my children- Thank you so much, you are amazing!!!

This lawyer has gone above and beyond in representing me and my case. He has been very reliable and has followed through with everything he said that he would do!!! I would definitely refer him to friends and family if needed

This law firm is out of their mind. They are rude, very very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Id rather spend 300 dollars elsewhere so I can be treated like a human being instead of trash. Thanks for nothing Roger Yale. You have proven to me that all you care about is money.. Ill gladly go spend my money on a professional attorney that cares for their clients. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE.
