Most recently, Dominic Marsala went above and beyond fighting what seemed like an impossible fight to get the truth heard in court and obtain the right ruling. I have seen this firm at work for other clients as well and can tell you that they really care about what the client is going through and will work to resolve in the best way possible.

There's alot choice's out there.... But hands down you can't get better! Tarrent County and Denton County beat and unbelievable results! Dominick is #1 in my experiences hands down! Don't make a mistake... get this attorney!

It's too expensive they charge you $275 for hr and it's not worth it ! It's better to go open door they very cheep and more knowledgeable lawyers . Yale have a knowledgeable lawyers but they try to get the money as much as they can from you . And they are way expensive than market prices!

I have a pretty lengthy criminal history. Not a lot of really bad stuff, just a lot of stuff. I got my 5th DWI, in Denton of all places, and a possession of a CS charge. I was looking at a habitual offender tag and a minimum of 25 years. I have a wife and 2 kids and have, largely, turned my life around, but sometimes mistakes happen and my mistakes are much more costly because of my past. Dominick fought and fought; called in favors and, somehow, by some miracle, managed to get me the minimum. The minimum. The result here would be unheard of in a lenient county - I can't believe he pulled it off in Denton. I would recommend him to anyone asking about anything. He is the epitome of a professional and a magician in the courtroom - truly overjoyed with my experience and the outcome.

LOST CUSTODY: Retained him for my daughter in a custody case. Sarah was initially the atty, that left his practice within a week of retaining for $2600. No one bothered to notify us of that. They didn't work on her case, it was never transferred to another atty or paralegal. I continually TRIED to set up appts that he didn't show for; his secretary Cindy(?) Met w us and assured us he'd get back with us. He never did. This law firm is SO sorry even when he didn't show on the scheduled court date in front of the judge. There was so much mumbling in the courtroom as to how common it was for him to be late, IF he showed at all. Months Later in the case it didn't even show he was attorney of record, as we insisted he had been retained. They called his office during a court recess & had him sign off OF the case so we could proceed without representation, as we couldn't afford ANOTHER retainer/atty. My daughter ended up in court without representation. Needless to say LOST CUSTODY of her son. Thanks to this sorry excuse of a person who's not even qualified to be addressed as an attorney. He's been suspended in the past, I've since learned.(Google it yourself) Save your money. Or represent yourself, u have as good a chance without him as with him.

Mr. Marsala is a fantastic lawyer he is very professional and gave me hope where there wasn't none. He went to work as soon as I hired him and got results almost instantly. I would recommend him to everyone. I can't praise him enough and I thank God for him. Thank you Dominick .

Thank God I have a husband that cares as much about our kids and doing the right thing, so I don't get ran over by people who lie, from not doing their jobs correctly.
