I just sent an email, And I have been calling and leaving voicemails to no Avail. I am simply trying to get a 30 day pay off letter/ Amount emailed to me. I don't understand what the problem is, And why am I having so many roadblocks for this information? Can you guys please check your emails and voicemails And respond to me with the information I need. I get this off of my back and you guys get paid, It is a win-win. I gave you 4 stars because past accounts that I have paid off , I have not had issues like this. Please respond back asap. Thank you

What's the point of the phone if no one ever picks up? I email and I keep receiving an generated email. I'm trying to get on a payment plan someone needs to call me ASAP. I'm in line they say for a call back. Oh and my name isn't the same on my documents but I assure you I have the right company

I’ve reached out several times regarding a bank levy that I knew absolutely NOTHING ABOUT AND NOBODY IS GIVING ME ANSWERS. You all sent a court order to my bank without attempting to inform me or subpoena me! This is absolutely fraud and I need answers now

Your company is attempting to withdraw from my bank nearly 3k which is I have own you nothing 0$$$ I tried to call you many times but no one answer I need you to dropped it off on my banking before I get a attorney,,,,,,,

This company has forged documents for an old charge-off from 5yrs ago. I received a letter from a bank I no longer bank with that this company attempted to withdraw $11k from my account. They will respond with consumer is leaving false reviews, or no record of this person. But the fact is this company has not sent any type of correspondence to me nor have I received a letter from this company about a bank levy. They are falsifying documents. I have filed a complaint against them, and I am also hiring an attorney. They will not harass me using forged documents!!

I completely understand about paying your debt. This was taken care of, I thought. Only debt I ever had, not by choice. Terminally ill, I never received any notice, Jenkins law firm is quite sneaky and doing so, skirting past the law. They are not empathetic whatsoever, they do not care anything about you or your situation and will leave you penniless and homeless. They are not willing to work with you either. This is an awful firm and I hope that no one would do business with such a crooked business. They don’t care what your situation is. All they care about is taking all of your money leaving you with nothing. They buy your debt for pennies on the dollar. Then they try to get, X 10, X 20, what they bought it for.

Just became aware of Jenkins law firm today, was online to make a payment for my debt and the payment portal wouldn't let me, according to Mr Jenkins the payment was not enough, !?!? To make an attempt to pay one's debt then be cut off in order to cease assets is in my opinion unlawful!!

This is the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. I have continuously held conversations with Liz over and over that leads to solution. Nobody answers the phone, the extensions goes to voicemail i have left probably over 40 voicemails. I have even emailed them as well. I've even updated my same number i have today (5) times with them. For some odd reason they keep calling a number that i no longer have for maybe close to 2yrs now. I keep getting told that they will call me which is lies. Also to the owner claiming that these reviews are lying about how no one answers the phone is a liar themselves. I am a proof no one answers. They do not tend to they own terms I was told i will not have a default agreement until i missed 3 payments (it defaulted at 2) the same week i was calling to make a payment this is ridiculous.

I’ve been trying to call all morning to resolve my issues and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. I’m in need of my prescriptions and can’t get them due to my accounts being frozen yesterday. Please call me back

We came to Virginia last year because we received multiple offers to buy our mineral rights. Virginia thoroughly investigated what we owned, and with her insight and advice, we made the best decision regarding how we should proceed. And because of her knowledge of the oil and gas industry, we are in much better shape in handling any future issues that may accompany our mineral rights, whereas before we had no clue what we were doing.
