I like their automated response. Been trying to contact this office to resolve this issue. No warning given to freeze my checking account. Sent numerous emails, phone calls all between 1pm-3pm central standard time and haven't had a response yet. I want to resolve this issue, I am taking responsibility for my actions, but this customer service is lousy.

I did get through after circulating throughout the key options for approximately 40 minutes. I spoke to 2 live people, Carmen who I explained the situation to. And Gina. Carmen heard my explanation and told me to hold for one second...there I go back into the hold music, main menu. After about another 10 minutes, Gina picked up the phone. I was able to discuss the matter at hand and she explained the process. FINALLY! I'm not gonna attach a screenshot showing my call times and number of calls, but y'all need to make a better effort at answering the phone and talking to concerned clients.

This firm has forge documents from a court to freeze my account on an old debt from 2015 that I have no knowledge of but yet my life is sidelined by this act Fraud

Frozen both of my parents accounts for no reason. You have to agree to a payment plan to unfreeze account, they couldn’t pay their mortgage becuase the money was on the bank account that got frozen. Not helpful at all ...

Updated this company with new account details! They didn’t take one payment! Proceeded to freeze my account and take my funds! In the process of trying to reach them they would pick up and hang up the phone! Terrible company!
