Trying to get a hold of Robert Jenkins it is so hard because his number is a fax number and he took funds from my bank account and frozen it, I was paying with another firm and this firm took alot of money from me and I would like to see who I owe. I emailed this law firm but no responds, can anyone help me with a phone number to get a hold of someone at this law firm, it seems to be closed. HELP! Finally got a hold of a customer service representative and she help me, there is no Robert jenkins it just the company name.

When I called Jenkins Law Firm, I expected them to sound like typical debt collectors: abrasive, accusatory, and telling me over and over again that it was my own fault. If you are nervous or afraid to call for the same reason, let me assure you that my experience was exactly the opposite! From the very beginning Lauren was friendly, kind, and respectful. I knew immediately that I was dealing with someone who cared and actually wanted to help me--someone who understood what I was dealing with--not someone who just wanted to Get Paid. She took extra time and effort to make sure that the payment arrangement we came up with was fair to us and wouldn't create financial problems for us, and to free up our accounts immediately. That process took only a single day--she (and her boss) really came through for us! I've just had to call her again because I had a minor problem, and without my even asking, she fixed it. Just out of kindness and a desire to help. It can be scary and unpleasant dealing with companies like this; no one wants to do it. But if you're like me, afraid to even pick up the phone because you think it's going to be so bad, I can assure you that Lauren--and Jenkins--go out of their way to make the process as pain-free and pleasant as possible. I was treated like a real person, with real feelings and a real life going on. (And I'm so relieved to have this dealt with, too!) Thanks very much to Lauren and Jenkins Law Firm!

Look, its not fun paying off old debts. Once we both agreed on a payment plan, I kept up my end and so did they. If I ever had to contact them I did it through email and the response was quick and courteous. During the pandemic I had requested a "skip" payment due to lack of funds and they had no problem with that. It did take 4 weeks to show on credit report.

I found Lauren to be kind and respectful of the situation I was in…she was very helpful in explaining what was happening…she returned my emails in 24 hours and seem to understand my position. Of course no one likes to be dealing with unpleasantness but she treated me with understanding and I thought compassion…

I was sued by a company and didn’t have any knowledge about the lawsuit there was an order to freeze all accounts and Jenkins law firm helped me out so quick I was told this might affect me for a couple of weeks this issue was resolve in less than a day it wasn’t a small amount either this was close to 6 grand and this law firm was quick and very very VERY helpful I really do give them the up most respect and a huge thank you I was on panic mode with zero funds available and now I have all my funds again again thank you so much

Despite the situation, the Firm did exactly what they told me they would do if i agreed to pay on time. They did their part to unfreeze my account and Yesenia worked very swift and professional about it. Very compassionate about the whole situation. thanks guys

I hired Virginia to help with a complicated Division Order and casually mentioned a problem with another property that was "held by production" with a stripper well when large wells were producing on adjoining propteries on three sides of our land. Other lawyers had told me there wasn't much I could do and I thought getting a farmout was an impossibility. Virginia cited Texas laws and decisions that were petinent to our case and said we had a good chance to get a farmout. Her experience in Texas oil and gas practice, knowledge of the laws involved and the ability to push the proper buttons resulted in the farmout we wanted, damages and royalty increase from 12 1/2% to 20%. All this was accomplished without litigation.We have other Texas minerals and will turn to Virginia for help in all OGM matters. .

Rather than just sign a proposed lease, decided to have Ms Moore review and give an opinion. Wow! Sure glad we did. She not only had important changes to recommend but also was successful in getting a much better lease bonus for us. A pleasure working with her.
